Facilities for Hire
Wellspring HLC has a number of rooms available for hire in our beautiful £3.5m purpose built centre. The building is wheelchair accessible, has undergone a disability access audit, has easy access by foot, bike, bus, train (via Lawrence Hill Station) and car. We have recently increased the number of bike racks and parking spaces to improve visitor transport facilities. 94% of customers completing evaluation forms stated location as the reason for booking.
Local community groups can benefit from low community rates and other organisations can book with confidence that the room hire income is reinvested back into the building and local community. Click here for our latest room hire rates.
In addition to our great facilities, we have a fantastic staff team that is always friendly and willing to help ensure that your event runs smoothly. 9 out of 10 customers completing evaluation forms rated the helpfulness of reception staff as very good or excellent. Our reception desk is staffed from 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
