Polish Health Engagement Worker
£20,009 - £21,945 per annum pro rata (Hay Scale E)
We are looking for someone able to support Polish migrants to gain an understanding of the UK health system. To work with
individuals and groups to ensure the migrant Polish community are able to engage with health services - both statutory and
community, and influence those services so that they meet the needs of the Polish community.
The post is 18.75 hours a week.
Contract for 9 months, renewable subject to available funding.
Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (pro rata) plus statutory holidays.
