Ebay Volunteer - Vacany Filled
Thanks to the kind responses of Chas, Sam and Beth we have now got 3 people volunteering to help us sell donated items on eBay. We desperately need more items donated for our volunteers to list and sell on eBay to help us raise funds.
Gardening
There are many ways to volunteer at Wellspring including:
Community garden - weeding, pruning, planting and litter picking in the central courtyard garden, entrance courtyard or the landscaped areas around the outside of the building. Most people interested in working in the gardens come on a Tuesday afternoon. For more information contact reception.
Fundraising Events
Sponsored walks - how about a sponsored fancy dress walk around your local park with friends and family or if you fancy more of a challenge there are plenty of longer walks (100 miles !!!) to choose from through the beautiful English countryside.
Running events - Get fit and enter a 10km, half or full marathon and raise money for Wellspring
Cycle Rides - in the UK and abroad
Other activities include a parachute jump, bungy jump or abseiling…
Coffee morning/ tea party / picnic - organise some tea and cakes, a raffle and bric a brac stall to raise money for Wellspring
Organise your own event like a music or comedy night, plant sale, talent show, the list is endless
To help make fundraising easy we will be putting templates of all the information that you will need to fundraise for Wellspring here, in the future.
Board of Trustees
Wellspring has a Board of Trustees who all volunteer their time to support Wellspring with its strategic development. The majority are local residents living in the electoral wards of Easton and Lawrence Hill. However we do have Trustees that live outside these areas that have additional skills and knowledge that contribute towards the make up of the Board.
